Agro-100 was founded on March 8, 1990, by Jean-Marc Harnois and Agrochem.
On February 5, 1991, exclusive recovery and distribution agreement for Cement Kiln Dust (CKD), first marketed under the name Tubrex and now proKa.
Agro-100 imports its first shipment of monoammonium phosphate (MAP) – 6,000 metric tons.
Construction of a new plant in Batiscan to serve the Mauricie and Portneuf regions.
Construction of a new plant in St-Thomas de Joliette to serve the Lanaudière region.
Agro-100 relocates its plant from St-Thomas to 990, chemin des Prairies in Joliette.
Stéphane Beaucage joins the Agro-100 team as technical sales representative.
Agro-100 builds a high-tech liquid fertilizer plant in Joliette and ratifies a commercial agreement with Yara and Univar for the manufacturing of nitrogen solution for industrial processes.
Agro-100, based on agronomic research and results, develops its first liquid fertilizers.

November 28, 2006: Signing of the first agreement in Ontario with St. Marys Cement company for the recovery of C.K.D. from the Bowmanville plant (KaLime).

Filing of three (3) patent applications for cutting-edge fertilizer technologies to combat scab in potatoes, for a new form of foliar calcium for apples, as well as a microencapsulation technique for minor elements in powder form.
Agro-100 invests in Agriventure, a grouping of agricultural supply retailers, thus gaining a competitive purchasing position in crop protection products.
Creation of the autonomous Agro-100 Global division, which takes charge of sales development in English Canada (except Ontario) and the United States.
Ratification of a new MRF recovery agreement with Rio Tinto Iron and Titanium (Catalis).
Partnership agreement with Solution SP company for the development of Agro-100 product sales in the Saguenay and Lac-St-Jean territories.
Sale of its retail sales division (directly to farms) and the Batiscan plant to focus on its role of developing and marketing fertilizer and biostimulant technologies through its network of distributors and retailers.
