Agro-Phos
0-29-5 + 4% Mg
Strong and robust roots
Agro-Phos is a liquid nutrient highly concentrated in phosphorus, enriched with potassium and magnesium that are soluble and assimilable by the plant through foliar pathway as well as by the roots. It helps to prevent and rectify phosphorus, potassium and magnesium deficiencies. Thanks to its very high concentration in phosphorus, Agro-Phos strenghtens root establishment of the crop. The phosphorus acts in synergy with the potassium and the magnesium to activate photosynthesis, protein and sugar synthesis and hydric nourishment. Agro-Phos is activated by Oligo Prime®, an innovative biostimulant technology that allows for quick absorption and translocation of nutrients and reinforces the plant’s natural defenses against abiotic stresses (drought, low temperature, salinity, etc.). It must be applied based on soil or tissue analyses or as soon as deficiency symptoms appear. For more information on Agro-Phos, consult your agronomic adviser.
Rich in phosphorus
Phosphorus is an integral part of metabolic energy (ATP), cell wall stability and the genetic information (DNA) of the plant. It plays an essential role in cellular multiplication and photosynthesis, hence its importance in the early stages of the plant’s development. Without phosphorus, there would be no energy, no photosynthesis, and no growth. Potassium promotes photosynthesis. It contributes to the transport and build-up of sugars. It also takes part in filling out grains. Potassium also favours better water usage and nitrogen optimization, and increases resistance to frost, drought, and disease. Magnesium is indispensable to chlorophyll, the formation of cellular membranes, the transport of energy, phosphorus assimilation, and the metabolism of proteins and sugars. The three basic nutritional elements, P-K-Mg, are vital and inseparable for achieving high production performance and to avoid stunted growth. Using Agro-Phos in the early growth stages optimizes crop quality and reinforces tolerance to stress.
